Conclusion of Service

When our Will-Drafting service is concluded each party will have:

• A bespoke Will, tailored to their specific wishes;
• Any side letter that is considered needed to support the Testator’s Will; and
• Jointly owned property (Held as ‘Joint tenants’) changed to ‘tenants in common’ where this is required for a trust in your Will to work.

• The Will will:

A.   have been printed on high-grade quality paper and be securely bound.

B.   contain security features designed to make any tampering with it obvious;

C.   be legal (under English Law);

D.   clearly set out how the testator’s estate is to be distributed on the testator’s death - which will be in line with their wishes;

E.   contain any testamentary trusts required to achieve the desired distribution;

F.   contain the required administration clauses that make life easier for your executors and beneficiaries.
