Download our Estate Planning Pack
We intend to make available shortly our Estate Planning Pack. The pack will contain 4 pdf documents, comprising:
A. Funeral Wishes Statement;
B. Important Documents list;
C. Guide: What Actions Are Required After a Person’s Death; and
D. Guide: Simple Estate Planning Guide;
for download - subject to a small fee.
At present the technical aspects are still being determined. The price is likely to be £3 for all four of them (With the exception of the Simple Estate Planning Guide, each of the other documents alone are, we believe, worth that price so to have access for all 4 is a bargain - and to be able to use them for all your family makes the price a bargain.)

Funeral Wishes Statement
It is often distressing for a Personal Representative (i.e. an executor or estate administrator) to discover they have no idea what funeral wishes their now-deceased relative (“the Deceased”) had. Further, the Deceased’s family will often then disagree that the option chosen by the Deceased’s Personal Representatives were wrong.
A. The Funeral Wishes Statement helps resolve these issues. It is quite detailed in content. Full instructions are supplied.
B. Note and for the avoidance of doubt: This is not a pre-paid funeral plan.
Important Documents Location List
Another document that can make a Personal Representative’s task easier is by maintaining a list of what assets etc their family-member owns.
A. The ‘Important Documents Location List can, once completed, help.
B. As with the funeral plan, having the document to hand can be used as a starter to what otherwise might be a difficult discussion to have with your loved one.
Guide to What Actions Are Required When a Person Dies
This guide was created after receiving many calls from the relatives of my clients who had sadly died. What to do in such an event can be found on the Internet - but finding the information can require searching many websites.
This guide lists what must be done, should be done, and would be helpful if done - and the timings for those tasks.
A. The guide’s low cost makes it value-for-money if only one snippet of information is used. The guide is 10 pages long and contains significant amount of information.
